Our manager at Horsham, Fabiana Rodrigues, has a level 3 & 4 in Children's Care Learning and Development. Originally from Brazil Fabiana has been living in the UK for the last 5 years. She has a very enthusiastic and innovative management style. In her spare time she loves to travel and learn new languages.
